90% UNUSED!
Amazing but true, 90% of all excercise machines purchased through the infomercials and stores sit UNUSED! Are we that rich that we can purchase thousands of dollars of expensive gizmos, gadgets and guaranteed machines all in the hopes of losing weight, only NOT to use them? Then end up selling them at garage sales for pennies on the dollar!
The amazing thing is that if you use them then all these toys will help you on your way to your new healthy body and lifestyle!
ALL YOU NEED IS THE RIGHT MINDSET AND YOUR ON YOUR WAY!

I counted and I have 8 machines and gizmos in my house. Total cost over $$1300.00. I have used them a total of Z-E-R-O times in the last 14 months and I am 200 pounds over weight. When I lose the weight can I be your spokesperson?

I don't even want to think about how much I've spent on exercise equipment over the years. The last one did turn into a nice clothes hanger though & did save some drawer space! Reading about your plan has intrigued me, can't wait to read all about it!
Can't even begin to tell you all of the diets I have started and stopped....the only luck I have found is through weight watchers...(which you have to have your head right for)or it will not work..I am so looking forward to this book!!! I would love to know the truth behind why we can't just say NO!! to the foods we love the most.
Tread mill, stationary and street bikes, nordic track, exercise videos etc. The only exercise I get from this equipment is when I dust them off. Your plan sounds fresh. Looking forward to reading the book
