Jerry Hayes was the at home winner of the show and lost a whopping 177 pounds. His quote that still is ringing in my ears is "Once I got my mind right I was healed!"

Hey Dick, I've lost 40 pounds so far this year. I started the year with Mind Over Metabolism and my eating habits are completely changed. Thanks buddy, you kick started me into gear! I have 60 pounds to go and I know I can do it.
